PRINTER REPAIRS

For the most affordable printer repair solution and service, box up your printer and send it back for a free of charge estimate. Good packaging however is essential to avoid damage to the printer. We will inspect the printer and give a comprehensive estimate of the printer repair cost before the customer is liable for any charges.

PRINTER REPAIRS ON CUSTOMER SITE

We carry out fixed price labour charge repairs on a huge variety of printer machines too large to list. Contact us with your printer make and printer model, include a brief description of the problem you have and we will quote you accordingly. Alternatively ask for a quote for a maintenance contract and we may be able to perform the initial printer repair service for free! All our printer repairs carry a 3 month warranty such that if the same fault re-occurs it will be fixed free of charge. Response times are often next day but for a guaranteed response time of 4 or 8 hours.

On site repairs are based on a fixed price call out charge which is dependent upon the type of printer machine to be repaired. This call out charge is then fixed regardless of how long it takes the Engineer to repair the printer machine. The only additional charge will be for any spare part required. Customers will always be quoted for any part prior to it being fitted. If a follow up visit is needed to fit a part which has to be specially ordered, no additional call out charge will apply. If we are unable to identify the fault on your machine and therefore unable to repair it no charges will apply! Companies with a large quantity of printer machines should investigate our CONTRACT repair scheme.
