PRINTER MAINTENANCE HYPER TOUCH devised a service program that substantially eliminates the problems that most printers encounter as a result of typical use. We offer on-call and contract maintenance on printers to suit our customer budget, needs and requirement.
Contracts are issued after the printer has been inspected and all current problems are noted. The service / maintenance contract includes all parts and labor charge for repair the printer. To date, local businesses have used us as their standard maintenance program on more than 2,000 printers.
CONSULTANCY HYPER TOUCH provides the consultancy service on printer upgrades, maintenance and solutions for our esteemed customers. This is to assure that our customer will have the most reliable and most advanced printers available in the market.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY HYPER TOUCH goal is to make your life convenient. We provide free pick-up and delivery (within Klang Valley) of your printer. This is according to our company motto “Your Satisfaction is Our Top Priority”
LOANER EQUIPMENT Loaners are made available in rare instances where parts are unavailable for extend periods of time. Loaners are not available for the first 24 hours.
STANDARD PROCEDURES
Basic inspection and service, on-site, general service and repair.
Standard Procedures:
1. A breakdown service call received
2. To collect faulty items - release customer service report
3. The Engineer checking items to identify the problem
4. After the proper diagnosed, propose a solution
5. Quotation will be issued
6. Wait for customer’s approval
Proceed with repairs work once approval granted
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE plans can greatly reduce the amount of printer related downtime, as well as reducing the overall number of printer failures each year.
Preventive maintenance plans can be setup for virtually any number of printers and the results are exponential to the number of printers covered. Preventive maintenance relies on the fact that a printer that has its major assemblies cleaned on a regular basis can be much more reliable than an unprotected printer with the same workload.
Most PM plans consist of a bi-annual or quarterly inspection & cleaning of most or all of the printers at your location. During a maintenance visit:
* A technician will remove the printer covers and thoroughly clean the inside of the printer of paper & dust. Paper particles, dust, and other buildups can be very harmful to a laser printer.
* Worn rollers, gears, and other assemblies are replaced, thereby avoiding more costly service calls and worse - machine downtime.
* Optical systems are inspected for problems and cleaned if possible.
* The final step is a cleaning of the printer exterior covers & appropriate testing.
* We will advise when parts still have service time, but are nearing the end of service.
